Their online claim system is easy to use, they are always in contact with you and deal with each claim quickly and efficiently. Thank you for all the personal touches from contacting me as soon as the claim is submitted, to providing me with a breakdown on the payment and sending my furbaby a get-well-soon card, Dotsure really makes dealing with the unpleasantries of insurance claims a breeze :) :)
