Fantastic service
We have been registered with Dotsure for about 3 years, and never claimed. We had to experience an injury to our dog on Friday 3 June and took our baby to the vet, and submitted the claim on Friday afternoon. The feedback that we received was within the hour and confirmation of the payout was received timeously. We were very impressed with the quality service received and feedback from Dotsure. We will definitely recommend this to any pet owner. Definitely value for money. Thank you Dotsure for excellent service.
