FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE - ASTIN MOSES❤️

I recently got a new puppy, Koda, and started looking into pet insurance just in case I ever need it. I had a few companies call me back, and while DotSure is affordable and offers wonderful plans, the biggest reason I chose them was because of Astin Moses.

She called me yesterday, and I’m so grateful I had the chance to speak with someone so friendly, helpful, and understanding. After our first call, I told her I wanted to take some time to read through everything, and she was more than happy to follow up with me the next day — which she did today — so I could make my final decision without feeling pressured.

After that call, another insurance company contacted me, but I told them I had already made up my mind, purely because of the fantastic customer service I received from Astin. I honestly can’t fully explain how lovely it was speaking with her.

That kind of service deserves recognition — and honestly, a raise! If I could give 10 stars, I would.
