Fantastic Client Service!
What a FANTASTIC experience! My Dotsure consultant, Ruth Duthie, went what can ONLY be described as "Above & Beyond" to ensure that my query was thoroughly dealt with. She was friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. I was planning on moving to another service provider, however after my experience with Ruth and the service she provided, I was persuaded to stay. She personally took on the responsibility of even calling multiple veterinarians to ensure that I and my pet were given quality service we were looking for. What a GEM!
