I would recommend Dotsure in a heartbeat. not only is the staff super friendly and helpful but their service principles are just phenomenal. Each time i speak to any of the consultants - they take so much care in listening and understanding the request and what the customer wants and needs that it makes any interaction with this company an absolute blessing. This is also the company that i trust whole heartedly as they are open and honest on all their insurance premiums and they were the only company that had the NetStart tracker included in my premium which makes me feel well taken care of should i ever get in any predicament where my vehicle needs to be tracked. and as for Julia Du Plessis - this girl is just stunning and beyond amazing when it comes to service principles - she has it embedded in her very core and its very clear and evident how much she cares about her clients in providing the best option and solution to suit their needs.
