False pretence policy add on

Cinteasha Kleinbooi called acting as if she was making a follow up on the insurance i just took but she was actually adding more policies without making me aware, i then at the end of the called her if i will be paying for the add ons she said yes and i told her to cancel and not processed. I don't want more then i have, so i she agreed i only got cancelation letters yesterday after 2 extra debit orders of R162 went off, i want my money and please make sure those stupid add ons i didn't ask for are removed in my name as i didn't approve a debicheck for them, i can report them as ***** with my bank.
