False information provided to get people to take out the insurance
When I took out insurance for my dog, I specifically asked for an insurance package that covers my dog being spade. I was then quoted the amount for the superior plan. I have paid my premiums every month as required. When I called to find out the process to claim to have my dog spade I was told that they only cover R 400. I would NEVER have taken the insurance out had I known that they will not cover the full claim for my pet to be spade.
I had a look at my cover and I should be covered for prescription medication, hospitalisation and surgery. why am I told they will only cover R 400?
