False Adverti*****t and not getting what we pay every month for.

My Fiance and I have been dotsure pet-insurance customers for more than a year now, we have the supreme package and pay more than R700 a month for our cat and dog, we barely use it and according to dotsures adverti*****t they cover the VET BILLS.

Yet when we took our cat to get his sterilization they did not want to cover all of the expenses yet we have the superior plan specific for the wellness benefits. When my fiance emailed them about this they simply rep**** with an automated response.

Acoording to our policy they are supposed to pay R450 out for wellness and then up to R5600 per surgery. Now I am asking why are they not paying all of the expensis.

If I can give anybody advice dont insure your pets with them. I mean we have the most expensive plan with extra excess buster and still they did not pay all of the bills.

So yes we cover the Cuddles but Dotsure does not cover the vet bills.
