FALSE ADVERTISING !!!

Shocking service!!!! One to mention Luzanne, - cut me off on the phone.

Maybe Dotsure needs to educate their consultants on the product they are selling before signing customers into a plan that does not fit the needs of their animal at all. I was led to believe that the Basic plan covers ALL !!!!! basic needs of my pet. this is not the case. only once i submitted my claim was i told it is not covered very unprofessional. I actually just want policy to be cancelled, or i might seek further action, this was not sold with true intention by the Rep that sold the plan to me. PLEASE CANCEL I will in anyways stop my debit order.!!!
