false advertising

Very easy to sign up and friendly staff, I added my Dog Poseidon which is 10 months old pup to the plan, the reason we signed up was its immediate accident cover is covered from sign up. we signed up and went to the vet due to the Poseidon being attacked by 2 dogs, once we took him in and got the wounds attended to, he was a happy pup again. I submitted the invoice to dotsure a few days later, I get a call today which is now a few days after submitting to say it's not going to be paid out... don't advertise that you have immediate cover if we don't!!!!! anyways I have cancelled my policy, don't recommend using them.
