False advertising

We recently moved to South Africa from the UK, bringing with our 2 dogs. Both have been fully insured in the UK from puppies. We wanted to get them insured here, and saw the advertising on TV and online for dotsure.co.za - where they allow you to "name your price" and they will cover the dogs. Imagine my surprise, when they were only able to provide accident cover to one of my dogs, as she is over 9 years old.

At least all the other pet insurance companies advertise this information from the get go, saving me time. Instead, I wasted my time speaking and emailing a company that would never be able to provide the service I wanted, regardless of the price I would be willing to pay.

At least have the decency to provide accurate advertising!
