While I have not used your product as yet, my first experience wasn't great. Received a call this morning. Sales person polite and very scripted. When I said I sold my vehicle, he cut the call, have to move on. We are not numbers, at least end the call as politely as you started, which in hind site was not genuine. I understand you are trying to sell a product, but train your staff, because you are dealing with people not machines.
