Fabulous service yet again from Dotsure

Yet another fantastic experience in relation to my pet insurance claim. Again Dotsure pull out all the stops and process the claim on the same day that's it's submitted. I really feel that they go above and beyond. In this instance my assessor, Glayvia Martin, was unsure on part of the claim and rather than standing on it or emailing me for more information picked up the phone and contacted me directly. She was fabulous on the phone and has real empathy for the customer. In a matter of minutes my claim was finalised and I'd received confirmation to the effect as well.

A fabulous company who really show how insurance should be handled and I can't recommend them highly enough. 5 stars is not enough.
