Extremely unhappy with Dotsure.

Dealing with Dotsure is a nightmate. Their administrative process is very unprofessional. My car was written off last year in April. I completed a Netstar tracking device cancellation form with their Netstar consultant Sharlene. Suddenly Netstar says I owe them because Dotsure still uses the device on the car, the car that was written off in April 2023. And that Dotsure never submitted the device cancellation form to the. I need this resolved ASAP, because I did my due diligence.
