EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE
HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM DOTSURE!!! I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from DOTSURE. After their client rear ended my vehicle in 2023, they refused to take responsibility and repair my car despite clear liability. The lack of accountability , poor communication an unprofessional handling of the claim has been very frustrating and unacceptable. I request that Dotsure reconsider their decision and takes immediate action to rectify the situation. claim number: HOL-*** I need my car to be repaired asap!!
