Extremely Disappointing Experience with dotsure

I recently had a truly terrible experience with dotsure, and I feel compelled to share it with others. Their service was nothing short of abysmal, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the way my claim was handled.

Months ago, I submitted a claim through their online portal, following all the required steps and attaching the necessary documents as instructed. However, to my disbelief, I received no response whatsoever. Despite my continuous follow-ups via email, dotsure remained completely unresponsive.

What added insult to injury was the fact that after submitting the claim through their portal and attaching the required documents, I received an SMS stating that I needed to mail the same documents to them. I comp**** with their request and promptly sent the documents via mail. However, much to my frustration, dotsure chose to completely ignore my submission.

One of the most frustrating aspects of this ordeal was the lack of a contact number to follow up on my claim. This left me feeling helpless and unable to get any answers regarding the status of my claim or any assistance in resolving the matter. It is truly disheartening to encounter such poor service when all I wanted was to claim for my beloved pet.

In conclusion, my experience with dotsure has been utterly disappointing. Their lack of communication, disregard for customer queries, and overall poor service have left me feeling frustrated and let down. I strongly advise anyone considering using dotsure to think twice and explore alternative options.
