Extremely Disappointed with Dotsure's Handling of My Claim

I am extremely unhappy with my recent experience with Dotsure. On 28 July 2024, my vehicle was damaged on the N14 from Pretoria towards Krugersdorp when someone threw a bag of unknown contents in front of it. Despite having comprehensive coverage, Dotsure declined my claim, citing a pre-existing condition without acknowledging that the severe damage occurred only after the accident.

Now, I am struggling to get my vehicle back from Dotsure due to zero communication. This lack of response and refusal to properly address my claim has left me extremely frustrated and dissatisfied.

I urge others to be cautious and consider my experience when choosing an insurance provider.
