Extremely Disappointed with Dotsure and Their Assessor

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with Dotsure and their assessor, Jacques Van Der Merwe. My recent experience with your company has been nothing short of frustrating and unacceptable.

After filing a claim for damage to my car, the assessor, Jacques Van Der Merwe, evaluated the damage and concluded that a mere R12,000 would suffice to fix, paint, and purchase the necessary parts for my vehicle. This estimation is utterly unrealistic and demonstrates a complete lack of understanding of current market prices for car repairs. Anyone who has had to deal with car repairs knows that R12,000 is insufficient to cover the costs of fixing, painting, and buying car parts.

To make matters worse, Jacques Van Der Merwe was incredibly rude throughout the assessment process. His unprofessional behavior only added to the frustration and disappointment I felt. I expected a level of courtesy and respect from a reputed insurance company like Dotsure, but sadly, that was not the case.

Shouldn't claiming insurance be an easy and supportive process for clients? This experience has been anything but that. I trusted Dotsure to provide fair and accurate assessments, but this experience has shattered that trust. I cannot recommend Dotsure to anyone looking for reliable and fair insurance coverage. This experience has been a significant letdown, and I hope to see improvements in your service standards in the future. But I'll be doing so from another insurance company.
