Extremely disappointed with Dotsure and I want to cancel my contract with immediate effect

I rated one star because there is no zero star🤷🏽♀️.I am terrible disappointed with Dotsure insurance. I got a new insurance with Dotsure and they told me it comes with tracking device as a package. I have been waiting for tracking device fitness .they kept on rescheduling the time without notifying me . Every time I called they tell me the appointment has been moved to another day . I cannot go out with a car without a tracker. Nesta as a third party I am not happy for not standing up .Also the consultant at Dotsure , you are soo useless , how do you book an appointment on behalf of the client and not be able to trace who reschedule the appointment.
