Extremely disappointed client

Extremely disappointed in dotsure very very poor service delivery. I join them they said they cover clutch and when my automatic car clutch was worn out they say they dont cover. Only mechanical is covered wat do u cover on a clutch cause it only worn out now im stuck with a R9000 bill to pay volkswagen for removing the gearbox bcos the clutch is worn out and its not covered my question is when they say tgey cover clutch wat exactly are they referring too😡😡😡
