Extremely bad customer service

I've been with dotsure almost a year without 1 claim.. We had our bank acc hacked and D/O stoooed and refursed. Cash paid to unknown accounts etc. So when that 1 debit order was reversed we got a letter from dotsure that our policy was canselled. So i just want to know where is the customer service to pick up a phone and find out what was wrong and hiw u can help. But its nicer to kick some one whiles they are down. So dotsure thanx for your service.
