External motor warranty

Let the buyer beware of after market warranties. I took out a warranty and service plan from Dotsure Looked very good on the surface. When my service came due the invoice was paid. Less than two months later I had steam coming out of the bonnet. Coolant problem - so I checked the car into Ford So was told that I was going to need a new turbo and and coolant bottle etc. I looked at my policy 11k for turbo and 8 k for cooling so I should get something back. It was declined!! The was not covered by my warranty How is this possible???

Dot Sure rep**** Cathy listened and a Claims person phoned back. I reiterate BEWARE of these warranties. You see the ACTUAL reason for the rejection was explained This clause We do not cover any resultant damage. This is failure r by the failure of any other part, including those not listed in the Main cover.
Now the welch plug was the problem - you see that is not mentioned as a pert of the turbo so they could reject it !!!!! Any way am actually grateful Because under the policy they would ve paid 11k and the quote from their approved supplier 42k I wouldve paid in R31 k !!! As it happens I got High Tec Turbo to fix cost was R16K
