Extended motor warranty *****sters

This company is a ***** to the highest order. I took extended motor warranty with them through omondi broker or something. They then added some policy of which even today I don’t know what am I debited for. I have contacted Dotsure but they told me I don’t have any policy with but my account still gets debited every month and when I try to reverse the money my bank tells me that the funds are blocked by the company “Dotsure”. I have tried to contact them numerous times so that they cancelled the contract but I failed to do so since they say I don’t have any policy with them. Hope no one falls for this ****. I am changing my bank since they also can’t help me, R500 for nothing it’s a lot of money
