Exploitation of Dotsure

My name is Masego 36years of age, I am having a warranty policy with Dotsure in March I made a claim regarding my gearbox gear 3 was not going through and there was a leakage of gearbox oil so the quote was worth R38 000 the sad part was that they turned my claim down saying they are not covering lubricants parts.

I 12.05.2023 I made a claim again regarding my claim for the cv joints again they turned me down telling me that they are not covering lubricants part so my question is that am I going to pay the policy that I am not benefiting from hence when I need their assistance they are turning me down by excuses.
