Excuses
Extremely dissapointed, moved over to dotsure with my policies was just about to do vehicle, how grateful I am that I haven't. Initially I thought, the best insurance company. Staff is amazing and assists you in the best way, however I recently had the complete opposite experience. I did a claim the beginning of Dec 2019, I received an sms with the persons details of whom I needed to call, I then called. Two weeks later and again I needed to contact them no follow-ups besides one email. I will not contact this lady again. Instead I would like one of your consultants to call me so that I cancel all insurance with you.
