Excess T&C
Very disappoint with the insurance the damage to my car was R4500 but my excess was R 7300 therefore they won't pay my claim out. This means I should have damaged my car more in order for my car to be repaired my bump is hanging off my car and fix myself. They really great service until you have to make a claim. If even I changed my insurance package to 0% excess, I would still have to pay the damages because the damage is under R 5000.

19 May 2021, 15:37Thanks, I got call from the head office, I found new insurance, which is 0% excess with no minimum claim. Honestly really great service until I had to make a claim. I will not be recommending dotsure any friends or family
