I would like to thank Liam Glenister for assisting me so.professionally with my policy. I was going to cancel my pet insurance policy but because of Liam being so polite and professional he managed to retain me as a client. He went the extra mile by discounting my premiums as well. This gentleman needs an accolade for brilliant customer services and being a great Samaritan. I work in a financial institute and I know how it can be in this industry and he did amazingly well.
