I am a first time user and claimer on Dotsure and was terrified when Panther fell ill. Rynhardt Groenewald was the person who dealt with our claim and as promised they covered 50% of the Illness./ Operation, the claim form was easy, the claiming process simple and everyone involved explained with a lot of patience the process. Yesterday after submitting the claim, I immediately received a "get well soon card" for Panther and an email stating the claim will take 3 days to review. The funds were transferred last night already. EXCELLENT SERVICE!
