Exceptional service from point of sale to after sale

I took time to write this review because I wanted to experience the services of dotsure in its entirety before I recommended them to anyone. The day I requested a quote from dotsure, I did it online. I stopped when it got to premium as I wanted to compare with other insurers. Within 15min, I received a call from Nolufefe asking if she can give me more clarity on the quote I was busy with. She went into all the underwriting details, limits and excesses until I was comfortable to take the product. She is extremely knowledgeable about her product and about dogs. I certainly learnt a lot from that conversation. Fast forward to about a week and a bit after inception of the policy, my little 9 week old pup at that time ate something in the garden that upset her stomach and she was unable to even stand-I took her to the nearest vet and I submitted the claim the next day, 2 days later the money was in my account. Dotsure gave me piece of mind and I was able to attend to Coco with my 100% attention not worrying about bills. She was covered. They then sent a get well card for Coco, which was an amazing gesture. Chevanne is the lady on the live chat, she is just as awesome, she answers questions in seconds and is so helpful. Thank you to the dotsure team for all that you do!
