Exceptional service from Jade Maart, Well Done Jade!!!!
Wonderful service that I received from Jade Maart from DotSure this morning. I believe he is a service consultant and is responsible for customer retention. He managed to retain me as a customer (benefit for the business) plus managed to decrease my premium (benefit for me). He did that in a very professional manner (in the way he engaged with me). Thank you so much Jade for making my day. DotSure is very fortunate to have an employee like you.
