Exceptional Service

One of my Fur baby went for an eye surgery yesterday. I submitted my claim late in the afternoon just after four and already its resolved this morning. I'm totally impressed with the exceptional service I received from Michaela Cronje and the whole claims department for handling this so fast and with so much care. They were very compassionate on the phone too when they asked what led to the surgery. I highly highly recommend Dot sure pet insurance. I felt at ease knowing my car is also insured by them.
