Exceptional Service

I have yet to find the customer service with other companies / suppliers equivalent to the exceptional service I received from Dotsure. Jaen provided me with a seamless application for insurance for out pets and was upfront by putting me in the right direction regarding which policy would be best with clear communication every step of the way. Well done to Dotsure for employing Jaen who carries your name high. I would highly recommend Dotsure to friends and family purely based on my experience with Jaen. I have yet to claim (luckily) but I am sure I will receive the same experience I did when taking out the policy.
