Exceptional Service

Hi,

I would like to give thanks to your Customer Service agent Joanne. She has exceeded my expectations.

I called yesterday, 2 October with a rather tricky query. Unlike some other agents I have encountered from various companies she did not feed me lies because she did not know. She was straight out to me and told me that she does not have the answer to my question however, she will get the full information from the relevant departments and contact me. She did contact me this morning with the answer and I am so happy to have dealt with her.
