Exceptional Service

Dotsure Staff is always Friendly over the phone and assist you immediately. They always make me feel important. I sent a claim for Processing......sent it to the email I received my Policy documents from, I don't even think that is the correct email for claims. Within 2 days I received an email with a letter explaining what on my claim will be paid. Before I had time to phone and ask about the claim, The lady phoned from dotsure within 10 minutes of receiving my email and explaining my claim to me that the whole amount will be paid and the payment is already done. WOW What an awesome service from an Insurance company!!!!!! I was working for an Insurance company, so I know how they work and in 15 years of dealing with Insurance, Medical or Short Term this was the best service I have ever received!!! Where in the world would you find an Insurance company that process and pays your claim within 2 days and phones you to tell you its done?.......Only at Dotsure!!!!
