Exceptional Service
I would like to express my complements to one of your consultants, namely Heather McKenzie for her exceptional service.<br> <br> I have a policy with Dotsure and for some reasons my mind told me to cancel the policy and went to my bank and reversed the premium. I then received a call from Heather yesterday, on Monday 29 February 2016. Heather worked out a new reduced quote for me and I then just decided to continue with my policy instead od cancelling it. Therefore, I think she is an asset to Dotsure because she knows what she is doing in terms of customer retention.
