exceptional service

yesterday I got I call from shane to assist me with insurance for a car I wanted to buy. the premium was way better then any of the quotes that I got during the week, unfortunately I felt I could not afford the car anymore and decided to keep the car that I am still driving. the premium quoted was much better then what I was paying previously and to think I am a new client and that dotsure is willing to give me that premium I was and still am impressed. over and above this Shane was patient and explained everything to me as well as the underwriter who also assisted me yesterday. I hope this is going to fruiteful and wonderful relationship.
