Exceptional Customer Service Dotsure. You are the best. You go the extra mile. With user-friendly quick and easy online claims submission. I submitted my claim on a Friday evening, received an email shortly afterwards to say my Pet claim was registered. My claim handler Sherezan Erasmus even phoned me the next day, Saturday to let me know the claim was registered. Unexpected customer support. By Tuesday, I had the money in my account. Thank You Sherezan & dotsure
