Excellent way to start a week,and take of my Dogs health!!

It was already a long time since I thought of insuring my dogs,after having been told about DOTSURE by my local Vet.Part of the reason for not having done it earlier is that I have had some bad experiences before in trying to get thing done over the phone....lots of hassels and question without finishing the job.??This morning when I first tried to get through via e mail I decided to call and without problems CHAD picked up the phone..!and what great experience.Chad was friendly helpful,even in Afrikaans and made sure that I understood and hear everything correctly. At my age I often find that people on a telephone get annoyed because they have to repeat certain words. Chad had no problem ,but as he spoke clearly on the phone ,having to repeat word happen maybe only once.What was also special is that he checked whether I understood and agreed with the policy wording and conditions. I could even hear that he loves pets..with 4 Boerboels and real Afrikaans names for them,he made the process in fact a pleasure. Thankyou very much Chad. And should you come pass here some day on your way to Durban,you are welcome to pop in to see what 4 great dog they are.I will surely recommend Dotsure to my friends and daughter and tell them to ask for CHAD if possible.
