Excellent Service with understanding!!
I wanted to cancel my policy today due to financial reasons. Liam Glenister understood my predicament. I was ready to cancel, but he downgraded me to a cheaper plan, and work out a better premium for my two babies!! He treated the conversation and concerns with respect, and the best part was the fact that he sent his regards to Poppet and Pebbles :-)
