I submitted my claim and within 5min Siphosothando Matroos contacted me, she confirmed what was wrong with my little Theodore. 2minutes later she called me back to tell me my claim went through and my claim will be payed into my account. Siphosothando was very professional, polite and friendly, the whole process took less than 10minutes. I am very impressed with the service I received, my money was in my account the next morning and I got a beautiful message for my little Theodore.
