Excellent service Rynhard!
Wonderful service received from Rynhard Groenewald on the submission of my Dotsure claim for my pet Ivy. He has been very supportive through the whole process and has exceptional customer service s****s. I have been updated the whole process via phone calls and everything was explained to me in a professional yet understanding way.
He is a real asset to this company and my best wishes accompany him in his career.
