EXCELLENT SERVICE RECEIVED FROM DOTSURE PET INSURANCE

I was always sceptical of taking out pet insurance but after signing up with Dotsure.....I truly feel I should have done this a long time ago! Their service delivery standards and turnaround times for claims are phenomenal!!! Their constant interaction with you from the start of logging a claim up until it is paid out, is amazing!!!!! I would give them a 10 star rating!!!!! Within a very short period of 3-4 days, the claim is paid out, you are notified with a phone call and an email. That constant interaction from start to finish, for me, is very important and what I enjoy the most! The courteous and pleasant interactions with the claim handler is most pleasing. I do and will continue to recommend Dotsure pet insurance to all my family and friends. Keep up the excellent standards Dotsure!!!!!
