Excellent service levels

Excellent service levels are very hard to come by in South Africa these days, but not when one is dealing with Liam Glenister from Dotsure: He earned these 5 stars through the impeccable level of service he had delivered to me over this past week:

After a number of failed attempts at contacting me over the last week, his patience was finally rewarded when we managed to sort my essential pet cover today - and he was able to chisel out a great pet plan for three of my furbies (fur babies), which gives me peace of mind and it gives my “fur kids” the necessary cover, at a price that I can afford.
