Excellent Service - Gaby & Dotsure

I received the most outstanding service from Dotsure when it became necessary to allow my aged dog to cross over. They were compassionate and understanding, they made the necessary arrangements on my behalf with Onderstepoort and their wonderful rep, Gabby met me there on the day, with flowers and a lovely sympathy card. She remained there till everything was over, took full control of the admin so that I didnt have to while I was heartbroken and in tears. Gaby & Dotsure made it possible for me to traverse this very difficult time without having to worry about anything other than my dog. I am forever grateful to them, and very glad I chose them as my pet insurance service provider.
