Excellent service from Tshifhiwa Booi from Dotsure Insurance

I have received the best service from Tshifhiwa Booi. She assisted me when Netstar broke my bumper to fit the tracker. She went above and beyond her call of duty. When netstar refused to replace my bumper after breaking it, she got the relevant management team involved, she followed up I received a daily call even if there was nothing new done just so I knew she was still there working in it.. She walked with me through the end.. she really is a gem!! I have never felt so happy through such a terrible experience as my car was brand new and nothing wrong with it when the netstar technician broke the bumper.. it has been a very pleasant experience with Tshifhiwa. I kept me calm and happy when I felt like I could explode with anger and frustration. Thank you so much for your excellent service Tshifhiwa, I really do appreciate you and your 10 star service!!
