Excellent service from Taahirah Simons

Taahirah Simons called me with regards to an unrelated matter (which she resolved) but also took the time to ask me if she could assist me with anything else. I mentioned to her that I wanted to log a claim. She started the process with me and sent over the claim number and required documentation via email (and SMS) within 5 minutes of us finishing the call.
