Excellent Service from Nolundi Nofemele from Dotsure pet insurance.

My pet Sophie has been very ill of late. I sent in my claims yesterday (4 of them) I have already received. 2 of my claims money back ! Excellent service. Today I received an email requesting a tax invoice for my one claim, the one I sent was incorrect. I had to get a new one sent to me by the Vet. I had problems finding the portal ( as I am not too tech savvy), a lovely lady Nolundi Nofemele from Dotsure offered to help me.
