Excellent service from Nico Jonck
(car insurance review)
Nico Jonck is definitely the best sales representative I have ever dealt with. He wasn't over friendly to your face like he was reading from a script he genuinely connects with you on a personal level not only that he got me an amazing premium and i have direct contact with him for anything i need and he replies extremely fast there is no call center to deal with.
Upon taking taking out insurance i needed the car's engine and VIN number which i phoned the dealership for and they only gave me half of the info, Nico actually phoned the dealership and got all the information he needed and sent them the confirmation of cover which I was also needed. Take note he could've just sent it to me but he went out of his way.
Everything is set and I no longer have to worry about anything.
