I had an absolutely amazing experience with Dotsure. I submitted my first pet insurance claim. I submitted my claim online, but then called in to confirm that my submission was indeed complete. I was greeted by the friendliest consultant, Lee Anne,who checked my claim and answered all my questions. Within an hour of the call I received confirmation that my claim has been reviewed processed and approved. I really prepared for the worst and expected that they would require a mountain of paper work before considering my claim. But it was seamless and the claim was paid the very next day. I am so happy that I chose Dotsure. I am pleased to say that I have also received after- service follow from Dotsure up to hear if my pup was recovering well.
