Excellent service from Dotsure

Lockdown has been a tough time for our two beagles. One of them tore a ligament in her leg, the other ate my husbands braces, and both of them have had gastro from possible poisoning. Recently, our male beagle had gastro from eating a bone he stole off the table which lead him having gastro and pain, and a visit to the vet at 3am. Dotsure has been incredible with the management of these claims, understanding our pets, and a great support throughout. Taking out this policy was one of the best things we ever did, and we are grateful for the excellent service we receive. Thank you Dotsure for treated us and our pets with kindness, and not just “another policy holder”.
